As we know, each round requires the players to prepare his/her roulette and to bet against the roulette prepared by the opponent. The roulette that you prepare in the current round is what your opponent will bet against in the next round. The opponent's roulette that you are betting against in this round was prepared by the opponent in the prior round.
This is the general format for your decisions in Stationary Roulette. Both parts (1) and (2) must be included.
1) I prepare the roulette with "a-points on Gold, b-points on Silver, and rig [Gold or Silver or Black] to win."
2) Against opponent, I bet "Color" OR "c-points on Color1 and d-points on Color2."
Shall we have an example and see how everything flows? Here is a diagram of Alice and Bob in the middle of a game.
(Decisions from Round 1, excluding bets against the opponent)
In round 1, Alice submits the prepared roulette-A, distributing 29 points to Gold, 11 points to Silver, rig Gold to win
In round 1, Bob submits the prepared roulette-X, distributing 28 points to Gold, 12 points to Silver, rig Silver to win
The post will therefore contain the following information.
Round 2
-Alice will bet on the following roulette-X prepared by Bob
28 points at Gold
12 Silver at Silver
Black
-Bob will bet on the following roulette-A prepared by Alice
29 points at Gold
11 Silver at Silver
Black
-Results on bets against the opponent in round 1 will display here, along with updated scores.
From Alice’s perspective, what does she need to submit for round 2?
She’ll start by looking at the heading “Alice will bet on the following roulette-X prepared by Bob” to learn the roulette prepared by Bob in round 1. She’ll decide to “Bet Color against Bob” or “Bet m-points on Color1 and n-points on Color2 against Bob”. There are no other restrictions when betting against the opponent’s roulette. For example’s sake, Alice will bet 1 point on Black and 39 points on Silver. These betting points must add up to 40, and they do so. Great!
For round 2, Alice also needs to prepare the roulette-B for Bob to bet against in round 3. Recall that Gold needs at least 25 points and Silver needs at least 5 points. A prepared roulette will never have any points on Black. Alice also needs to figure out which color of Gold, Silver, or Black she will rig to win. This submission looks something like “Prepare q-points on Gold and r-points on Silver, winning color [Gold or Silver or Black]” For example’s sake, Alice will make roulette-B as follows: 27 points on Gold, 13 points on Silver, make Black the winning color. These prepared points must add up to 40, and they do so. Yeah! (Note: A player can only rig the same color to win five times throughout the game.)
Alice’s submission in round 2 ultimately looks something like this:
"-Against Bob, I bet 1 point on Black and 39 points on Silver."
"-I prepare the roulette(-B) with 27 points on Gold, 13 points on Silver, rigging Black to win."
Time to update!
Round 3
-Alice will bet on the following roulette-Y prepared by Bob
...
-Bob will bet on the following roulette-B prepared by Alice
27 points at Gold
13 Silver at Silver
Black
-Results of the previous turn
1) On the roulette-X prepared by Bob, Alice bets 1 point on Black and 39 points on Silver. The winning color was Silver.
(Alice collects 39 points, Bob collects 12 points)
2) On the roulette-A prepared by Alice, Bob bets t-points on Black and u-points on Gold. The winning color was Gold.
(Alice collects 29 points, Bob collects u-points)
Hopefully the explanation and sample round clarifies matters. Please feel free to submit any questions you may have.
