The round passes uneventfully, the air filled with the sound of cards being shuffled. Catching himself, Ormonde quickly reorders the cards into their proper positions, just barely managing to catch the decision container as it comes zipping out of the pneumatic tube. Without ornamentation, he quickly reveals and deals the cards.
The 14th term was 9. Therefore, these are the cards this hand:

Player #13 (LSRose) is leading with +20 chips.
Player #06 (Imada Saneatsu) is trailing with -20 chips.
Round 5 begins now and ends at 00:30:00 GMT on Monday, November 2. Please make sure to send your decisions to BOTH Ormonde and Liar Game (admin) by the deadline. The decisions include both hand choices and Token payments, as applicable. If a player has not made a decision by the deadline, that player will be considered inactive and will use a period from the Time Bank (if possible) or will be penalized as appropriate for inactivity.
Remember that decisions are automatically finalized once submitted, and a round can end early if both players have their decisions in early. If you would like to refrain from finalizing, simply note that when sending in your decision. In addition, remember that you can send decisions in advance, which can be helpful with these fast-paced rounds. Advance decisions cannot be finalized until the round in which they apply.
