Round 3
The attendant listens to your bids before speaking. "As WhITelion has bid 1 chip, he's a bit more hesitant this time. sorintheseeker, on the other hand, bids 0 and bites the bullet. Figuratively, of course..." The attendant hands the gun over to sorintheseeker. With a bit of a shaking hand, sorintheseeker raises it to the side of his head and pulls the trigger.

The chamber is empty. sorintheseeker collects 1 chip from WhITelion.
WhITelion: 152 chips
sorintheseeker: 148 chips
The Gunner for the third chamber is Player #01 (WhITelion). If the bid for that chamber is a tie of less than 15 chips, WhITelion will shoot the gun.
Please send a bid from 0-15 to Alydar by 16:00:00 GMT on Monday, August 17th. The player who sends the smaller number shoots the gun, collecting the opponent's bid on an empty chamber and paying the opponent 25 chips on a filled one. Once your decision is in, it will automatically be finalized, though you may still change your decisions until the round has ended. Once both decisions are in, Alydar may end the round early.
You may also pay 10 chips to the LGT to check if the next two chambers contain a bullet. You will only be informed if there is a bullet, not which chamber(s) contains a bullet. This information will be provided at the start of the next round.
If a player does not have a decision by the deadline, that player will automatically use one of his three Time Bank periods to extend the deadline by 24 hours. If you would like to make decisions in advance, you may do so, though those decisions may not be finalized until the round in which they are due.
You may notice I reverted the deadline back to 16:00 GMT. I have a question for the both of you: would you prefer consistent deadlines of 16:00 GMT, with periods ranging from 22-46 hours depending on how fast finalization is? Or would you prefer periods of strict 24 hours, with varying deadlines depending on how fast finalization is? If you could reply by the end of the round, that would be nice. I'll probably let the deadline run out for this round to give you time to respond, unless responses come sooner, of course.
