Regarding the clock in the header, I've done a bit of testing due to oddities and figured I should clear something up: the time shown is based on your computer's time, NOT the forum's time. While the header is supposed to be of help, it is not guaranteed to be exact. It is up to you to make sure your decisions are on time. If you would like an approximate knowledge of how far off your computer's clock is from forum time, either post a message or PM yourself, and compare the timestamp of the post with the header above. At the moment, I am approximately 7 seconds ahead of forum time. As long as the forum timestamp is before the deadline, decisions will be accepted, even if the header clock has rolled over. If you rely on the header to the second, you should probably know this and take appropriate measures. I admit this may not have been obvious initially, but I hope that by clarifying it now, we can avoid missing decisions due to computers being off-sync.
