The amount of yen smuggled and the amount guessed by the inspector will both be revealed. It will be revealed whether the smuggling attempt was successful or unsuccessful, as well as whether Reserves or Indemnities were paid.
Say Player A smuggles 75M yen and notifies Player B. Player B set up forwarding to Player C. Player C set up forwarding to Player D.
Player B receives something like the following: "You have received the following notification from Player A: Player A smuggles 75M yen." Player C receives something like the following: "You have received the following notification from Player B: Player A smuggles 75M yen." Player D receives something like the following: "You have received the following notification from Player C: Player A smuggles 75M yen."
We should also clarify that duplicate messages are not sent multiple times. Say Player A smuggles 100M yen and notifies his teammates: Player B, Player C, and Player D. Player B set up forwarding to Player D. Player C set up forwarding to Player D. Player D set up forwarding to Player E.
Player B receives something like the following: "You have received the following notification from Player A: Player A smuggles 100M yen." Player C receives something like the following: "You have received the following notification from Player A: Player A smuggles 100M yen." Player D receives something like the following: "You have received the following notification from Player A, Player B, and Player C: Player A smuggles 100M yen." Player E receives something like the following: "You have received the following notification from Player D: Player A smuggles 100M yen."
Yes. Unless specified otherwise, it will be assumed that you wish to set up forwarding as a default for the rest of the game. If you would NOT like this to be the case, please specify. If you want to be on the safe side, clarify regardless.
No. The games are kept separate in terms of forwarding and the like.
No. Transfers are not allowed during this game.
No. There are no contracts during this game.

No. If you are inactive during the smuggling phase, only your opponent for that round will receive the notification. At the end of the inspection phase for that round, it will be revealed publicly that you were inactive, along with appropriate penalties.
Say Player X on Team 1 has decided to betray. Players S, T, and V on Team 2 agree to have him betray, though Player U disagrees. Because at least three people agree on having a traitor, the betrayal happens, and S, T, U, and V each get 25M yen from the LGT, to be returned at the end of the game, after the winning team has been decided.
At the end of the game, the traitor (X), takes 25M yen from each of his teammates (W, Y, and Z). Who betrayed whom is not revealed. Only the number of traitors is, from which everyone should be able to confirm their profits or debts accordingly.

I suppose I'll take this time to clarify a bit about trophies. Offshore is rewarded for most money in the Swiss Account prior to collecting money from the enemy Vaults and returning LGT loans. It is possible for a player on the losing team to get this. One is awarded per game. Top Contender is the player on the winning team with the greatest profit from the game. If there is a tie, neither player gets it. One is awarded per game. Swindler is the player(s) across both games with the greatest profit from the game. If there is a tie, multiple players get it, provided there are players who do not get it. It is possible for a player on the losing team to get this.
Also of note, Fiscal Power can be won by players who have Starting Debt. As long as your Bank Account was above your Starting Debt at the conclusion of Minority Rule, Downsizing Game, and Contraband, you will receive Fiscal Power. Winners of Minority Rule may count Downsizing Game as a game for the purpose of this trophy, despite not participating in it. The conclusion of a game is when the loans for that game have been collected. Any money transferred after that does not apply for that game for Fiscal Power.
Also, as we get fewer and fewer players, Networker will have to be edited. The number will be as follows: the number of remaining players, times 3/4 (rounded down), minus one (yourself). The maximum will be 10, and the minimum will be 5. At the moment, with 16 players, that number would be 12-1 = 11, which is capped off at 10. While it doesn't apply immediately, this calculation may very well come into effect after people are eliminated...

Swindler is the player(s) across both games with the greatest profit from the game. If there is a tie, multiple players get it, provided there are players who do not get it. It is possible for a player on the losing team to get this. Apologies; I realized that I misspoke here. There are Swindler trophies for each game (North/South and East/West). The rest of the information should be correct. I will double-check that Swindler was handled correctly for Downsizing Game when trophies are updated at the end of Contraband...
