What was the tiebreaker method?

We select an impartial member. Then, both conflicting members choose either Evens or Odds. We then both send a number, either 1 or 2, to the impartial member. He adds both of our numbers up, then and if the sum is even then Evens wins, and if it is odd then Odds wins.

Alright, I am willing to be the referee if you people want. You can PM me everything.

You'll be odd, Incognito. Lmada is even.

Hey wait a second! I don't know if you can use the term "impartial" if you're all playing against one another. I haven't been playing in Card Auction so I think it's only fair if someone who wasn't involved and has no ulterior motive referees this. Just sayin'.

That is actually a good idea, but I already turned my number in. I'm not sure if Incognito did as well, though it looks like he was on when darinas3 was on. I don't know. It's up to Incognito I guess, but I trust darinas3. (No offence to reynardfox, I just didn't notice your invitation.)

I've turned my number in, but I need to sleep now, and I don't know if I'll make it on time, so I just go for the Queen.

OK. It seems that my idea may take too long to be practical. However, it is already round 5, so we need not worry any longer.

Oh. I went for the Jack of Clubs, through out the 10, and bid on the card I threw out last time.
If anyone wants the 2, bid 5 coins or more on it, or don't bother.

So, the only card I have left from round 2 that was to go to anyone else is the 8, and the real 8 has come up now. I spoke with Avalon about this, and he's happy to accept the real deal rather than my Red Joker fake. As a result, I believe the damage I did back in r2 has been fixed?
Once again, I will be bidding 5 coins on the card I threw out, forcing anyone who wants it to bid at least 5 coins on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey, I have another idea on how to settle disputes in the future that doesn't require a third party, but I will save that for when it's needed.

Oooooooh! Darinas, the King I auctioned off was already for you! It was the King you were supposed to get two Rounds ago when you were absent! You could have used your extra move to get the Ten instead!
Sorry I didn't get that before, I was otherwise preoccupied -___-

So, just to be clear with everyone: This game was built around trust, right? So the deal we had in the previous 5 rounds still goes for the two cards yet to be bought from deendir. No one else will bid on the 10 of Clubs or the (new) 8 of Spades, right?
Just making sure we still have a pact. Trust will go a great ways in future games, so no need to stab someone in the back now of all times.
