To clarify a few things: in the event that we have more than 5 players sign up, we will run multiple games side-by-side. Each game will have 3-5 players. Also, Sunday March 8th, 12:00 am is in 19 hours and 37 minutes from this post. The forum software seems to automatically use your computer's time zone, so there's no easy way to figure out GMT aside from adding or subtracting times. If I figure out a way to display a static clock across time zones, I will implement it.

What if all players have the same amount of money at the end of the game?

What if all players have the same amount of money at the end of the game? If all players have the same amount of money at the end of the game, they tie, provided they have not all lost through too many occupied properties. For example, if no one pays any tax in the first round, the game ends with everyone's loss, though everyone is technically tied at "endgame". To answer a similar question, if multiple players are tied with the most money at the end of the game, those players are the winners.

If I figure out a way to display a static clock across time zones, I will implement it. It's not pretty, but it will do the job. Everyone should now see a current time in GMT as well as the end-of-recruitment time in GMT. When the deadline is reached, the message will automatically change to reflect that. I will attempt to keep this up to date when games are going on, though there will probably be a bit of delay in setting up the new deadlines for each individual round. We'll use this game as a trial period for this system, and you guys can give feedback on how well it works and how it can be improved. ...note that this will probably only work with javascript enabled. ((Edit: confirmed that it does not display if javascript is disabled, so if you've disabled javascript, you won't see what I'm talking about.)) Edit2: There were some browser dependency errors that I fixed; it was previously working only on Firefox that I know of. I hope the clock is now visible to everyone?

Ahaha, don't worry, don't worry... We may yet run another instance of this, should we get enough interest! As this game runs down, I also plan to put out a poll as to which minigame to put out next!
